The Doggie Design Ruffled Dog Panties are a fashionable way to cover dog diapers, great for training purposes, protection during heat cycle or as a final touch to a cute outfit. You can a sanitary absorbent pad (trimmed and positioned) in the panty to protect your home from dogs with incontinence problems and/or for house training puppies or female dogs in season.

To put the panty on your pet: Make sure the ruffles are on top, undo the Velcro fasteners on both sides and put your dogs tail through the tail opening. Velcro the tabs on each side of your dog.
